Apply starting April 1st for Shore 104.3 FM Song Search 2011

SOCAN members and other singer-songwriters who are emerging artists, over 19 years old, and live in British Columbia are invited to apply, starting April 1st, to the Shore 104.3 FM Song Search 2011, presented by Canadian Direct Insurance.

Beginning Friday, April 1, at 9 a.m., the radio station will begin accepting submissions, and will continue doing so until Sunday, May 1, at 11:59 p.m.

Through awareness and education, as well as public performance, the song search is designed to support the overall growth of songwriters and in turn, showcase great new Canadian songs, and artists, to fans and listeners alike.
