Welcome to Connexion, SOCAN’s new way of connecting with our customers, completely redesigned in both print and electronic format.
We think of our customers as partners. We share your goals. We want stores to use music to enhance their customers’ experience, restaurants and bars to use music, both live and recorded, to attract and entertain patrons. Whether at the Olympics or the World Cup of Soccer, music is used to help define great events.

We also want our customers to understand how SOCAN works, how SOCAN tariffs are set and get to know some of the people who work at SOCAN.
Most importantly, we want our customers to understand that their license fees are used to compensate the creators of music – songwriters, lyricists, composers, and their representatives, music publishers – for the use of the music they have written. That's what SOCAN is all about.
