The Granby International Song Festival, one of Quebec’s top talent competitions, is accepting registrations from Feb. 22 to April 23, 2010, for its upcoming 42^th edition. The singer-songwriter Vincent Vallières is the spokesperson of the 2010 festival, which will be held Sept. 8-18 in Quebec’s Eastern Townships. SOCAN is a co-sponsor of this event, open to Francophone artists in all music styles.:
