Nicolas Gilbert collects two Opus concert music awards

The 12th annual Opus Awards presentation honouring the best Quebec concert music performers, composers, musicologists, producers and presenters was held Jan. 25, 2009, in the University of Montreal’s Salle Claude-Champagne. Nicolas Gilbert, a young composer who has earned many honours for his works in recent years, received the awards for Composer of the Year and Premiere of the Year for Circuits parallèles.
