SOCAN members will gather at SOCAN's Annual General Meeting, to be held this year at Harbourfront in Toronto on Tuesday, June 19. SOCAN CEO Eric Baptiste and President and Chair of SOCAN’s Board of Directors Stan Meissner will review our excellent 2017 results.

Dr. Catherine Moore, professor of Music Technology & Digital Media at the University of Toronto, will be our special guest speaker. Dr. Moore will be joined onstage by SOCAN Vice President of Information Technology Janice Scott, to provide a few sneak previews of work in progress with the two organizations.

Dr. Catherine Moore will speak at the SOCAN AGM, at Harbourfront in Toronto, on June 19.

Emerging R&B singer-songwriter Savannah Ré will perform a few of her latest songs to start the event.

In the name of transparency, the meeting is open to any SOCAN member, and on-site registration begins at 5:00 p.m. EDT. If you’re a member and are unable to attend, you’ll be able to watch a live streaming webcast of the AGM portion only on SOCAN's English and French pages on Facebook Live, in both languages. It's the next best thing to being there!

If you’re a SOCAN member, we look forward to seeing you there.
