Contact your provincial music association  to apply for your chance to be a qualifier in the contest. One artist will be selected by each association to compete against nine other people (one per province) in a Facebook poll. The artist who receives the most votes through the CCMA Facebook page will win a performance spot on FanFest, among other prizes. The first-round qualifying contest is open until July 24, 2012.  The performance poll contest runs Aug. 7-14, 2012.
